So give them a refund and schedule a make up concert for free to these ticket holders.

Another issue is whether he's still paying the staff who was working on the show, because they're also screwed over by this.

He could always just do what he did at his concert in Des Moines a few weeks back and not take the stage for an hour and a half. The game would be over and the show could go on.
