IMO WI does a great job with in-game traditions and many weren't implemented until their program was well established, example 'Jump Around' was just a random thing they did in like '98 and it stuck.
It is so freaking electric when they do it. Literally you can feel the stadium bouncing.

Their 'Build Me Up Buttercup' and other stuff along with a cool intro video as the team comes out makes it a way better atmosphere and it's not close.

It is probably one of the best in stadium experiences in the country. The pre-game is oddly enjoyable. There really doesn't feel like a tailgate place but being able to walk around the streets with a beer(or two) and a brat in tow is freaking so much fun. It is my favorite place for a game(outside of Ames).

The grass lots west of C.R. are more like Ames but yeah it's basically just bar hopping around the stadium.

The bowl shape also makes it more of a 'cathedral/coliseum' type feel.

Camp Randall is an absolutely elite experience and the reason for it is they let all the traditions happen organically and didn't force anything.

I absolutely detest marching bands and their 5th quarter is still awesome.

It is implied wiggle your juicy butt for the menfolk. Let's face it, no one wants to see the men wiggle their juicy butts.

Right. But it takes full participation and enthusiasm for it to work. Dancing to a corny rap song from 1992 would be lame otherwise. Then you throw winning and full crowds into it, and you have one of the best traditions in the sport.

I cannot stand this song being played at any athletic event, immediately drains all energy from the crowd. When did this song come into the mix? As an ISU grad I don't recall ever hearing this song while a student, admittedly I may have been too drunk to pay attention, but I am curious. I think they played it at my son's graduation this past year and that was acceptable.

College sports is about tradition, pageantry, and ties to the university. It's not a WWE event even if some fans wish it was. Keep Bells of Iowa State, just play it after the game.

I guess I'm missing the part where the crowd is super amped before the game. The stadium still doesn't fill up until after kickoff.

Yeah, I like to joke that Wisconsin football games are a sing along with some football thrown in. And I think juicy wiggle/jump around are equivalent

In terms of the alma mater, I think it’s fine where it is and I don’t think it sucks the energy out of stadium. Plus Wisconsin’s alma mater is slower and they play it last thing of half-time and it’s fine.
More sing alongs, less bad dance music is a good note. We can't dance. Dance music sounds terrible on our speakers. Spare us the terrible rock pump-up crap. Play the hits!

Why wouldn’t we replace Juicy Wiggle with Cyclone by Baby Bash? If we’re digging into the late 2000’s/early 2010’s bin, let’s get a song with a connection to our mascot.

I like the rhythm of Juicy Wiggle, but LMFAO is elite levels of cringiness. It has big “Swag, ironic mustache, #Girlboss” energy to me
Haha what?

Juicy Wiggle is a fun song. It's not cool. I'd say that wraps up our fanbase well (that's a compliment, I swear)

Also in full support of Baby Bash being played.
