I see that two of the Hy-Vee gas stations on Merle Hay are now pump and pantry. Anybody know if this is going to be a large-scale sell-off or just a few store locations?

I think (based on the one further up the road in Johnston not selling) they are keeping the ones that are adjacent to grocery stores.Fast and Fresh stores got sold.
I always assumed those were all by grocery stores. The ones that aren't the food is brought to them from off site. So: Fast and not so fresh.I think (based on the one further up the road in Johnston not selling) they are keeping the ones that are adjacent to grocery stores.
Just went to one in Urbandale. Not great. But felt like it was because of the transition, time will tell.Anyone been to pump and pantry, thoughts?
Yes, fast and fresh are not adjacentI think (based on the one further up the road in Johnston not selling) they are keeping the ones that are adjacent to grocery stores.
They are Nebraska based. Privately owned. They are really bigger in the central part of the state and to be honest I thought they had sold a few stations in the Omaha area so thought they were constricting. Surprised when they announced the Hy Vee deal.Anyone been to pump and pantry, thoughts?
Grimes, Johnston, and Urbandale all have adjacent fast & fresh. Guessing there are others.Yes, fast and fresh are not adjacent
