One of them may turn out to be a TE like Dean. BTW, good to see him get in the game, nice easy catch and then decent run with the ball. Just good to have some guys with athletic ability on the team.

I get it was only one play but Dean looks to be an entirely different beast than our current TE's. I don't think he'll be as good a blocker but he's got WR athleticism. It's a different type of mismatch but I think he's going to be a bigger problem for defenses with this quickness. Excited to see him grow in to that position. It was nice to see him make a play against one of his home state schools.

I know one of the DBs was really impressed with him and Hutchinson. Hutchinson has certainly proven to be a great addition.

More of a surprise that he lets Purdy throw incompletions and INT when ya got Hall in the backfield to run the clock out.

Don't think he wanted to run the clock out, he wanted to get the score high enough to put the 2nd team in. Running the clock out is something you do when you're actually afraid of losing.

If I could turn Euseph Messiah into an All-American in NCAA Football I don’t understand why Mac couldn’t do the same thing in real life.

Did you know that Messiah was in an episode of Cobra Kai? I think he was also in one of those crappy Fast & Furious movies but could be wrong.
