Predicted a 9 point loss. This was just a huge huge huge huge win. I hope everyone knows that.

To show grit after going 10 minutes without scoring is awesome.

I'm going to keep saying it...Lipsey is ******* amazing. Yes he had a couple of bad plays but those were dwarfed by massive shots and steals.

Going 2-0 against top 12 Baylor and on the road against a good OU team where we rarely play well? UNREAL.

Defense travels baby. We just got to minimize the scoring droughts.

We will not lose many games when Lipsey and Grill play like that. Osun also looked more like what I thought we were getting when he transferred here. Kudos to him. Especially the onions to make those last two FT's
I was 100% positive he would miss the front end of that 1 and 1 and we'd lose by 1 at the buzzer.

Lipsey’s bucket near the end was clutch. The kid has a pair. He seems completely unfazed by pressure.

I figured there was no chance we would win once we blew the lead. Then when they missed the foul against Lipsey I figured we would lose there too. This team is mentally tough.
I think a lot of it is TJ’s demeanor. Most coaches, including ISU’s previous, freak out and yell at the refs and the team feels the panic. But TJ stays calm and just goes to work.

That finish.... Intense.

Not just I'll foul and hope you miss for 3 minutes.

I assumed Lipsey would be nothing more than a solid backup PG for most of his college career. Early on when defenses left him open for long shots a d he missed some wide open looks I thought maybe he would be a lot like Jaycee Holloway who would just be a good floor general but not much of a scorer. He had really gained some confidence driving to the basket lately for some unexpected offense. If he develops a 3 point or 15-20 ft jump shot he is going to really shine.

Hollywood Higgins had a rough night, caught looking the wrong way multiple times and missed big calls both ways.

IMO the most overrated official in college basketball. He's certainly not the worst, but with the way the national talking heads go on about him you would think he's infallible. Glad we overcame that brutal non-call on Lipsey at the end.
