Seems like not an ASU issue but a 3rd-world level infrastructure level.

The facilities in Tempe are absolute garbage...even after all the upgrades to Sun Devil Stadium it still has issues. Wells Fargo arena is incredibly old and they haven't upgraded anything in probably 20 years.
