If winning the Big 12 regular season is a goal, I think we want Arizona to win. That puts Houston with three losses, which would mean we win the whole thing if we win out; we'd have the head-to-head over both Houston and Arizona even if both of them win out too (other than Arizona losing to us in this scenario).
Arizona is the clear answer here.
If Arizona wins it increases our odds of grabbing #1 seed.
With an Arizona win, if Iowa State wins out, you are at minimum co Big 12 champs.

If Arizona wins today and we beat Arizona ( and hopefully the rest of our games) I think the 1 seed will hold. This would get us out of Michigan's bracket, which would be good for us. Field of 68 had us projected to be with UConn, TT, and Nebraska if we maintain the 1 seed.
If ISU wins all but at ‘Zona they’d probably get the last #1 seed.
If they win out then they’re Big 12 champs and guaranteed a #1 seed.
This is how I feel. Finish 4-1 with the loss to either BYU or Arizona and you probably are a 1 with Houston loss today.
I want Duke to get run out of the building today. Need them to look bad.
Tonight is pretty crucial. Well, that and at home against Tech.
Win those (and the gimmes) and a road loss to what will be at worst the #3 team in the country won’t hurt too much.
If you want the 1, you want to win tonight. But you can also lose and beat Arizona and still win. Keep in mind, Arizona does play KU right before they face us. So they’re going to have a test right before.
As long as Uconn and Illinois lose one more in the regular season, you would think we can lose one more and still grab the last #1 seed. Just to be safe, root hard for KU over Houston on Monday in Lawrence as well. I worry if Houston wins out and wins the Big 12 tournament they would jump us (if we lose one more in the regular season and one in the Big 12 tournament).
Still a lot of season left. Win tonight we are in really good position.
