Hilton Parking - Lot B1

So on the north side of Scheman is lot B1, just northwest of Hilton, that is a reserved staff parking lot. It doesn't show up as a donor lot on the athletics department parking map for basketball games. My wife works for the University now and has a reserved pass. Does anyone know if this lot open to park in for staff that has basketball tickets?

If she has a reserved pass, it is for a specific lot and will have that number on the pass. And unless it's 24-hours, it won't make a difference for basketball games. Unless I'm not understanding the relevance of the pass.
