Groomsmen Gifts

A better question might be what gift would people want to get, that is a reasonable price of course?

I thought the football would be a cool idea, but I'm sure there is something better I could get them.

I know a lot of guys on here are married and I was just hoping for some suggestions on good gifts to give to my groomsmen. Obviously I don't want to spend a fortune but any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Can't go wrong with a lap dance. Well, you can, but they have shots for almost everything these days.

I bought Van's checkerboard slip-ons for my Groomsmen to wear at the ceremony and my wife bought Chuck Taylors for the bridesmaids to wear at the reception.

I got all of my groomsmen DC shoes and we all wore them for the wedding. I didn't want to wear those tux shoes and my wife told me the only way I could do that is if everyone matched. I got a watch from my brother. that was sweet

I got my guys embroidered soft side coolers (filled of course). The website shipped from Dallas for free and sent an extra when one got damaged en route. Major kudos for their customer service.

Duffelbags.com if your interested, they will even customize em for ya. Runs about 25 bucks per.

It's a little pricey, but the best groomsmen gift I ever got was a new suit. Instead of paying $150-200 to rent a tux/shoes/etc. for one night, the groom ordered us all nice matching suits from Men's Wearhouse (waited until they were 50% off). Then we just had to buy the shoes, shirt, tie & belt......and best of all, we got to keep everything and spent about the same amount that we would have on a one night rental.

Looking back, I would have done this for my groomsmen too. The wedding rental industry is a ripoff.

I got my groomsmen/ushers aluminum tables in a bag (similar to tailgate chairs). They all are tailgaters and all of those tables are still in use. They might not be personalized or whatever, but they all appreciated them. I think they were about $30 apiece.

Thats actually a great idea, only drawback is its pricey like you said.

I got mine some painted pub signs. They were pretty nice and I got one for myself as well. I know at least one of them has it hanging up in his place.

Not sure where your wedding is going to be located, but I had an outdoor wedding and for my gift to my groomsmen and ushers i gave them all a pair of aviator sunglasses. They were no Ray Ban's but they were a hit none the less.

dont be like that. youre just angry from the 2.5 yrs. some of us are taking the plunge soon and appreciate the thread bump.

? Don't be like what? I'm not angry. I was joking. A spammer bumped this thread and than people were responding with suggestions to me for gifts. I found it funny seeing as I have been married for 2.5 years now

Groomsmen just want liquored up bridesmaids.

Along those lines, the perfect gift would be high quality condoms. If the wedding party turns into a drunken orgy you don’t want to end up with a bunch of pregnant bridesmaids.

:spinny:

i too was joking...with the "dont be like that"

anyways, my point was that people arent responding TO YOU...they are responding in general to a thread topic that has on going interest...groomsmen gifts. not necessarily only groomsmen gifts for groomsmen in Clones85's wedding.
