Games Today

Is anyone watching the games today? The CSU vs Hawaii (go Rams) and Wyoming vs New Mexico State games should actually be pretty good. What are your thoughts on the early game week? I think the Mountain West found a good way to get some national tv time and some revenue. Good for them if they are willing to do it. It will be good to watch some actual football too.

It is a good idea....I will actually tune into to these real games. as opposed to NFL preseason games......Does anyone watch NFL preseason??? I mean, seriously...not just the uncles and aunts of guys invited to camp to try and make the team.

When Colorado State wins tonight....they must be ranked number 1 in the country over Alabama...it would be a travesty for an undefeated team to be slighted by SEC preference and prejudice. Wyoming will be ranked 2.

There's a few other teams playing inter-conference games.

I'd assume better for viewership and makes the first weekend more interesting.

Ranked games like UM/ND and Auburn/Washington might be fun too.

I like FCS football. Usually real fundamentally sound.

Things I like so far:

--the totally unmarket-tested and unapologetic colors of Wyoming....brown and yellow.
--the awesome non-pc aggie mascot on the field.
--the bands you can hear on the broadcast.


not sure if I like it....but it is weird to see bubble screens actually work....I've been traumatized by ISU era fo bubble screens
