Full page ads

Can we do anything about the damn full screen ads? It says scroll to make it go away, but it only works like half the time. Usually I have to scroll multiple times up and down or refresh the page altogether. It also pops up every couple minutes if I stay in the same spot.

I'm on Chrome on a PC fwiw.

I’m unfortunately not in the position right now to afford premium. If there’s anyway the following could be fixed, it would be much appreciated



The ads the last few weeks not only take up the vast majority of the page, but they frequently take out my keyboard.

Glad we have page up and down buttons in the lower right now to zoom us too the ads on the top and bottom of each page.

Keep getting the same black and red ad that takes everything out. It even covers up the screen when I am typing a post.

Bitsight or something like that is the product they are pushing.

My laptop did that for about 2 days but went back to normal with just the side scroll and small bottom ad, phone never did the full page thing thnkfully.

The full page thing seemed to last 15-30 seconds and then disappear. No idea how or why but it happened right after I updated.

Minnesota Lottery "Jaws" ad blocks entire screen on Laptop. In fact I can just see a small portion of the ad it is so huge. While it is up I am powerless to do anything; no backpage, no scroll, nothing.

It nearly makes the site unusable. I didn’t realize how bad things had become until I recently lost my premium access due to a bug. Happened last month as well but they fixed it quickly. I can go a few days without the premium forums but my god, the ads. I’m a little surprised so many stick around without premium.
