Friday OT - Tattoo You

Nope Asylum is still there (I do their accounting). I think Lasting Impressions closed, they did my ISU FB tattoo when I was in school.
Got at Grand Ave tattoo in St Paul Mn. Cameron is my artist.
Did two stripes to signify a wedding band on my finger, two sets of feet on my forearm to signify my two little boys (when they chose to be baptized in the future I'll add a cross to their foot) and a flying shoe on my back shoulder that hurt like no other ( right over the scapula).
I accidentally stabbed myself in the left palm, just below the first knuckle with a rusty pick, removing support material from a 3-d print(at work). When the wound healed I had a small brown mole looking spot where the wound was. Does that count?
Saw on the news that ISU and some company are going to 3d print a house this summer. It showed a big rail laying out the foam(?) My questions were what's the R value, how do you lay in the plumbing and electrical. And if this is way out of your realm never mind.
Yeah, this is outside of my realm of expertise! Our printers print with ABS plastic and nothing outside of a 10" x 10" x 12" envelope. However, I recently saw some footage of a concrete poured 3-d house. I believe they program the pour and modify the layers by hand as needed. There is probably enough time between layers that a person can come in and cut whatever clearance holes are needed, set your fixture in the cutout and the next layer will come back through and pour right over the top. If you are skilled enough you can do the same sort of thing with plastic 3-d prints and imbed items of other materials into your prints.
It's finally finished and healed up enough for pictures - here is my ISU-themed half sleeve on my left upper arm. I'm going to get some final touch-ups done at some point. Had to zoom/crop/compress like crazy to get the photos small enough to attach so some of the detail doesn't come through.
I did Jack Trice and "I will!" first, followed by the Campenile and Four Seasons fountain, then the leaves and finally filled in the trees. I'd guess this was in the 12 - 14 hour range overall over the course of nearly a year. Things are still backed up from COVID, and my artist also changed shops and had a baby in the middle.
