So sorry on the lateness of this - it's been a week. Thanks so much to @madguy30 for this suggestion!

What are your favorite signs of spring? I always love the first dandelion of the year, and cherry blossoms. What are your favorites?

I look forward to seeing the daffodils and other early-season perennials that poke through the ground. It's also great to be able to consistently open the windows to the house before it gets too humid.

There always seems to be one weekend morning where I step outside, it's in the upper 50s / low 60s, clear blue sky, predicted high in the low 70s and I notice that everything is in bloom. Bonus points for just smelling like spring (until my allergies kick in).

March Madness which we unfortunately won't have this year. Ditto some of the posts about the smell of grills and plants starting to pop up out of the ground or come back to life. One other thing is new baby calves out on the farm. They are just so much fun to watch running around and playing.

There were about 100 Robin's in my backyard under my tree as soon as it was one of the first spots without snow. Tulips that were there when I bought the house shot up a few days ago.
Dont care about either of these too much

I will be happy when all the mud dries up, things turn green, and the golf course opens.

Most of my favorites mentioned. I tend to like the entire cadence of March, especially years when it's truly in like a lion/out like a lamb. Such a mild winter here, we missed the Lion part (unless it's reversed and we get it at the end of the month --- that'd just figure).

Thanks for the shout out!

Seeing and hearing the birds return is a favorite thing. Heard my first black bird tonight. Cranes will be back this weekend.

Longer sunlight--I really notice a more positive mood for myself and others as that happens.

Generally watching things green up and the warm up to be motivated to get outside more.

Obviously the tourneys are a sign but this opens the door to enjoy the other aspects more this year.
