Large neighborhood pick -up football or baseball game. I don't see kids doing that anymore, which is sad.
Manual transmissions and lead sleds
Cars, houses, and stores that didn't have air conditioning (forced personal interaction, couldn't cocoon)
Drive-in's with car hops
Cigarette commercials
Friday night boxing
TV Westerns
Channel selectors on the TV, that clicked and had to be done manually on the set
Console TV's
Toys in cereal boxes
Cracker Jack's
TV test patterns when broadcasting ceased at midnight
Fence rows and waterways on farms, that were full of pheasants
Ability to buy guns by mail order, ie Sears, Montgomery Wards, JC Penny's all of which will soon disappear
Comedy/variety shows on TV that weren't just promo tours for guests' latest movie or whatever
Newspapers

I could write a freaking essay on this topic. Lots of mine have been said, I'll second the idea of drive in movie. Grew up going to those as a kid. Cartoons in general were so much better than what is out today. He-man, Thundercats, Duck Tales, TMNT all epic cartoons.

Every year I go to a New Year's Eve party where my buddy has at least a dozen pin ball machines operational. Also has skee ball and a bowling game. Great childhood memories.
Same here, until I saw her on Howard Stern's show on E! (something I watched every night while in college, it was awesome). She's a total prude.
