Buddy has a pretty sweet set-up w multiple TVs in his garage. I'll either watch there with bloody's in good spirits, or alone in my dark basement looking a little bit like this...

I typically watch football with just my wife. So many knuckleheads at the bars who only want to "air it out" and have the coach fired on every other play

A few years ago an NFL game wasn't showing, so we were going to go to a bar to take it in, until we did the math and realized it would likely be cheaper and easier just to buy it and cook food/snacks to watch from the comfort of a couch.
I suppose you can just to a bar and just plan on having a beer with one meal...but the odds of me following through with that are pretty nil.

I watched the ISU/WV 3 OT game at a bar and was likely out $50 by halftime alone. Was a wide array of emotions and stupor as I stayed for all of it.

This is too true and the same for basketball games. I know I'm guilty of it at home, but at least there no one has to hear my thoughts.
