Final Four

Contact before the drug foot.
WRONG. His foot was sliding LONG before anyone was near him. In a scramble like that you have to see that ****. You could feel the travel, it was that bad. Plainly missed call. Your can't let a bad play by the offense to turn into ball in hand and 2 shots. EOS.

I know Sampson is a HOF coach but they actually ran no offense in the second half. Lots of possessions where they just dribbled 30 feet from the basket and then try to make a one on one move at the end of the shot clock while the defense collapsed on them. Really bad last 5 minutes.

So… if you’re dribbling down the floor and both feet are off the floor at the same time, it’s an automatic travel?
No, but you are in the act of dribbling. If you are in full position of the ball not dribbling, then when both feet leave the ground you have to get rid of the ball.

What a gross end to that game. Houston really fell apart. Some may disagree but I think that’s a meltdown. Just take a few better shots on offense and you maintain your lead and you aren’t in that end of game situation

This was one of the worst NCAA tournaments in memory. Some good games in there, as mentioned, but yuck. At least Duke didn't win.
Yeah, glad Duke didn't win another one and although I wanted Houston to win tonight and they had many opportunities to do so, that win against Duke in the semis was huge!

I felt like the game turned a little when Florida got the T. After that they started calling a lot on Houston.

Houston just needed another shot or two down the stretch to hold on. Foul trouble for Francis and Tugler hurt them big too.
