Truth. Also, if evergreen is all you're getting, you're drinking crappy gin.
Gin is the best liquor there is.

I prefer Bombay Sapphire or Hendricks.

Equal parts Kahlua and Vodka (you choose how much).
Over ice.

Starry Night is pretty fantastic.

• 1 part RumChata
• 1 part Amarula
• ¾ part Spiced Rum

There is also a shot called a Starry Night that I used to always get a Cafe' B.
1 Part Jaeger
1 Part Goldschlager

Cinnamon Toast Crunch

1 part RumChata
1 part Fireball
Shake with ice and strain into glass

Since we are 6 pages in and it hasn’t been mentioned, I guess a Rusty Nail is obscure. And very simple: 1 part Drambouie to 1 part whiskey (or to taste), over ice.

For something not simple, I highly recommend trying a Sazerac from a good bar when it’s on the menu. I’ll make it at home now, but it took several tries to get it right.
