I watched this game but never heard the official's decision on the first goal. It looked like offsides to me...but I didn't care as I was hoping the Dutch would win

on the first goal there was a player for italy off the field next to the goal, he wouldnt have been counted if he had been forced off the field, but he was pushed off by his own keeper so the referres determined he still counted therefore Ruud was still onside.

I think Italy vs Romania has probably been the most exciting match thus far. It was fun to watch Spain and Portugal score so many goals, but Italy and Romania are just taking it up and down the field. Great stuff!
