Elite Passing

We have great ball movement. There are times when we make one pass after another, finding the open man along the perimeter until the big man frees up. I like what I see.

I agree that the Cyclones pass the ball really well. When they concentrate on it they are an extremely difficult team to defend. That is what makes it so frustrating when they go into those stretches where they jack up a few tough shots in a row with 20 seconds left on the shot clock rather than making the defense work and creating a better shot. That defended 3 will be there at 6 seconds on the shot clock as well. Yes, it is a nit pick but this team could do big things. I just hope they clean that up because this team could go from really good to great if they are a little more consistent and avoid some of those scoring droughts.

Great passing is what makes hockey fun to watch. These guys are on the same level. I like how under control the passes are. Royce White could make some great passes but he threw too many away.

I don't know if I've seen better passing at the college level than the year Kane was on the team. Hogue, Ejim, and Niang's interior passing was pretty special.
