That's all the article says. No direct quotes from D'Vario but who knows.

I read this as being he didn't commit to us while he was here so technically he's still a verbal to USF. I may be wrong but I'd like to think this!

I'm with you - can't tell anything from that Tweet. In fact, if I'm a USF fan, I see that and think the words "no one can change my mind" means that Iowa State didn't change his mind.

Yeah I don't really know what to think of it. It could mean that ISU didn't change his mind, it could mean he is done listening to teams because he has made his decision and will let us know on signing day. Hopefully the latter.
