IMO Jim Carrey is one of the greatest actors in the history of film.

I loved the Ace movies almost wish he would do another of those. His only blemish for me has me Cable Guy. Bru-tal.

Oh my gosh. I think Cabel Guy and Me, Myself, and Irene are two of the most UNDRRATED comedy's of ALL TIME! Maybe you were in a bad mood and expecting something else. Please do yourself a favor and have a couple beers, loosten up and re-watch those. Hopefully you will see the light.
 
Farrelly brothers have made some good movies. However, Dumb and Dumber is average at best.

Oh Me Myself and Irene was awesome. Just CG was the one bomb for me.

Are you implying that Anchorman is not a better movie than Blades of Glory or Semi-Pro? Or that Happy Gilmore isn't better than Jack and Jill?

I watched Jack and Jill the other night. Al Pacino gave one of his finest acting performances ever.
 
Yeah Sandler's movies these days really blow, grownups, jack and jill, Chuck and Larry, and even just go with it - only reason to watch that is Brooklyn Decker. his only tolerable movies of recent memory are click and bedtime stories.
 
This is probably for the better anyway. If the sequel sucked, it might destroy the pleasure of watching, re-watching and re-re-watching the first without the comedy ever growing stale.
