Yeah, I agree. I wasn't sure if the other poster was saying they thought we were getting it wrong or Drake had gotten it wrongDrake martketing issue. They need to have the English department proof read their stuff. If they pull out the word "top" it would come across how the other poster mentions. That one little word blows the whole thing up.
Maybe there was a bet between marketing department employees. "I bet you can't do something dumber than the D+ campaign."
This campaign would really stick out.Next will be their campaign about double majors called Double Ds

But it also has potential to sag to new lows. This campaign would really stick out.
Look at that list. That's more Double D's than in the history of Playboy magazine.Drake University has been giving the Double D award to student-athlete alumni since 1968
But this campaign is meant to give them a lift. But it also has potential to sag to new lows.
I mean, technically they aren't wrong.
Maths are hard werk. Engish are harder werk. PROOF READ, Drake!!!They had a score of 97, not percentile rank. Reading is hard.
The "scores" presented alongside the metrics in this profile are centile ranks. They range from 1 to 100, with 100 indicating the highest centile, or top 1 percent of all 2- or 4-year colleges.
That's more of a Kirkwood-South Campus type of brag.If you have a job thats not minimum wage you fit that category. Wouldn't be happy if ISU was bragging about it though.
Maybe Drake should stick with their true competitive advantage.
"Come to Drake, Jethro's BBQ is across the street.
