To be honest, Levi is a tough listen. I just can't listen to him talk, so I don't bother. I don't mean to be negative, but I just can't do it. I'm sure he's a nice person and all, but yeah I would never go on a podcast with him*

Love Marchie and Jordan…. but they didn’t really provide much insight or knowledge on the subject of the two deeps…. Levi carried that entire thing on his back.

Passing along information is "trying to start ****?" You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think i ever said he was going to decommit. He had other teams in his ear offering him more money than we were giving him and he'd brought that to TJ wanting more money, until they had a deeper conversation. This was well known in connected circles
I have a more difficult time listening to Brend. Seems like a good guy, and he's improving, but I hear way too much local sports anchor voice. Sometimes these guys just need to get to the point instead of giving 8 qualifiers before they state their conclusion or opinion.
I find the CF After Dark/WRNL guys painfully unfunny.
It's an open secret in the industry that thanks to Vox Media's terrible leadership, SB Nation has been coasting on fumes for YEARS and so many talented people have left. Penske Media acquired the skeleton of Vox in June and it remains to be seen how they will handle SB Nation, but I'm not sure there's much left to save.
Kinda surprised the WRNL guys were able to hang on as long as they did. There's no doubt the WRNL guys fill a specific niche and it's always a GOOD thing to have more Cyclones content, not less. Why tear them down for no reason? Just move on.
Also worth mentioning Cyclone Fanatic is a big anomaly in the smoking wreckage of the sports industry. Some people on here take that for granted. Journalism has completely collapsed in this country. There are not very many college teams that have an independent THRIVING site that offers so many different flavors of coverage. That's always worth celebrating.
BTW, for those who have never seen it, Spencer Hall, who was one of SB Nation's former national writers, wrote about Green Trice (Jack's father!) in his 2016 annual CFB kickoff column.
