Bowl committee has made a big deal out of all being gathered together all weekend and being able to discuss all teams, not just the playoff contenders. Hopefully they kept their focus on the B12 championship game.

Generally to drop down/out of the rankings with a win of any kind you need to have teams below you to win convincingly. Considering 90% of those teams didn’t even play this week I would really doubt anything happens.

I'd be shocked if this happened. We'll have 4 weeks to prepare and get healthy. I expect to win and if we don't this team won't be an embarrassment.

What have you done for me lately. Yeah, when it comes down to it they will take into account we only had one bad loss........TCU by 3. Outside of that, Iowa by 10...OU by 10 and Texas by 14. If they are going to just forget about the rest of the season, and hold this "win" over our heads......it's all BS anyway and nobody should get upset whether we are ranked or not.

I want to say no, but I've seen far too often that really highly ranked teams get a scare versus someone not good and like mid major or worse and they don't move in the rankings (or go even higher).

Then again it's ISU so I wouldn't be surprised if we went out of the rankings.

I can't think of 3 teams currently below us that deserve to be ranked above us when you look at the entire season. We'll be ranked.
