Defense isn't the only problem

I've watched too many people stand around on offense when one person has the ball around the three point line.

Watching us switch on screens on defense is going to make me go crazy. I feel like we get lost so easily and UNI has had so many open looks because of this.

Watching this game and the Drake game have been SO frustrating.

What's frustrating to me is that we have gone downhill in coaching ability ever since Floyd. Floyd>Eustacy>Morgan>mcDermitt>Hoiberg

In my opinion, we switch too much on screens. We always have a big man on a guard, which allows offensive rebounds with our guards on their bigs. Floyd never allowed switching, they fought through the screens.

Lol you are giving Fred 1 year and 6 games to prove himself as a coach? Wow. You are contributing to what is wrong with college sports right now.

We are horrible with fundamentals. We run past shooters. that makes no sense. That was a lesson on day one of high school practice. its hard to box out when you run past a shooter.

I'm losing confidence in Fred. It's way too early to judge him as a coach, but so far, he looks like he's in over his head. Frankly, he should be. He has no previous coaching experience.

His style may be too laid back for college kids.

Hopefully next year, he has a PG that can run a team. Right now, Bubu is our best PG and he is a walk on, which says a lot about our team.

Everyone is standing around when they don't have a ball. UNI's offense has lot more movement without the ball. We can't score or attack the basketball if nobody is moving around and try to set someone up free.

People just love to set those ball screens and hope everything works out. The movement off the ball is just awful right now. Was last year as well, and the 5 previous years.
