Fran was in a similar situation also, only took him 11 years to get a good team.

This year will be his 6th NCAA tournament appearance. He'll have made post season play of some sort every year but 2. This, despite taking over FAR worse of a situation than Prohm did. I won't call Fran world's greatest coach there are far worse things than being in the hunt for a NCAA tournament berth almost every year.

I disagree. Drake is patient. They’re good at finding the easy shot.
