Cyclones.tv complaining

I had problems the past few days, and it hasn't been an issue until recently. I uninstalled/reinstalled flash and that helped for whatever reason. Maybe a newer version was loaded, I didn't look and I'm not going to. Probably a coincidence, but at the same time it seems something odd was going on.

I'm using Xperia tablet Z (android) and I have the cyclones paid app. I like the app except for a couple things. My brother also uses the app on an iPad and has same issues. We both use the app for radio audio over the tv broadcast (dvr used to sync). I've had two issues: (1) broadcast will randomly stop 2-5 times a game requiring you go into the app and press play to resume, other times it just pauses for 5-10 second then resumes on it's own, (2) watching on demand videos of post game, etc the playback will stop with the message "video not available" same message you would get as if WiFi connection faded, you then have to restart video, the issue comes and goes. Overall I like the app tho.

Does anybody use the Cyclone TV Neulion app.? It cost $5, so would like to know before I spend the money. I use an android powered tablet, and using cyclone tv thru the internet browser is not working.
