Cyclones in the pros 2023-2024 (hoops)

Georges has been in a bit of a slump for the Cavs, but hit 3 3s, as the Cavs without Mitchell come from 22 points down to beat the Celtics. Dean Wade outscored the Celtics by himself in the 4th quarter.

The last call of the game was incredibly weak and would have given the Celtics the win but was overturned.

So cool Brockington is getting a shot. Would be awesome if we're back up to 5 active guys to follow.

I'm sure he's worked on his game in past two years but I'm guessing vs his senior year the biggest thing he needs to prove is that he can knock down the 3. He should be an above average defender for his position and has some mid range game and finishing skill.

Haliburton vs Monte and Edwards hurt his ankle almost immediately. Could have huge impact on playoffs if serious.

So far TWolves top defense winning the battle against Pacers top offense.

Monte with some really efficient backup minutes. Fun to track...Morris 56 points in first 10 TWolves games. Garza 33 points in 14 games he's entered all season.

Man Anthony Edwards is good.
Hali 23-3-13

Yeah after watching him score 10 points in a row to close out the game and then block the layup that would have tied the game by soaring above both teams and hitting his head on the backboard...wow.

It reminds me of LeBron or MJ's early athletic prime right before they started winning titles where they were the best and most athletic player at both ends. Like when they could tell LeBron to just shut down prime D Rose.

If Minnesota can get healthy the championship is just going to be if they can take it away from Jokic/Denver. Even with a player or two out if Edwards plays like last night they are not going out easy.

Indy caught fire at home to close the game and it didn't matter because Edwards just dominated every single play offensively then had that block to win game.

The Minivan tweaked a tire a few minutes ago but stayed in at that time. Seems to be out at the moment though
