I’m very worried about Feldman this year to be honest. He concerns me for Yonger more than anyone other than Kerk.

Either way, this should be a great match. Two extremely athletic and active heavyweights.
Feldman is good, and got a lot better, but Yonger handled him pretty easily last year. They both have similar strengths, where they are good on their feet and very quick/athletic. I think Yonger is just better than him there, whereas Feldman doesn't get the same advantage on either size or mat game like some other heavyweights might get an edge on Yonger.

Love to see the Yonger v. Feldman matchup!

I have no doubt Yonger can handle him, but I think it will be closer than last time.
If I remember right, Feldman got to Yonger's legs pretty easily, but Yonger hit a shin-whizzer to go-behind all day long and majored him. If Feldman can finish shots quicker and/or hit something other than singles, he'll make it interesting.

Should be a fun one!

This is my thought exactly. Yonger scored almost all of his points off of Feldman’s shots on that one specific counter. I think Feldman will be prepared for that this time and it will be a much closer match. Feldman is one of the few wrestlers that can threaten Yonger offensively and somewhat match his athleticism.

I feel like some guys struggle in that kind of spotlight. And some guys flourish in the spotlight. Yonger is definitely in the second category and will have his A game. If he does, maybe it’s close but I just don’t see him losing.

Is Yonger about the same weight as last year or has he put on even more muscle? He moved people around last year. Even more strength is scary
