Saw this in the Omaha World-Herald today regarding basketball coverage for the Cyclones, 29 of 31 games set to be on TV. You'll need to have Mediacom to take full advantage of all the games that will be on TV, but it's still good nonetheless.

Hopefully this applies to us out in eastern Iowa. Maybe this is the one benefit to the Big 10 Network - I actually get to watch the 'clones here.

That is my hope now as well since Mediacom just signed an agreement with the Little 11 Network today.

or people that hate having their picture go to crap when it gets cloudy outside, rains, storms, or a bird farts near the dish
I thought this solved all problems.:biglaugh:

Hey. My parents have DirecTV, and the picture would go out maybe 1-2 times a year. I have Mediacom in my apartment (northern exposure = no satellite), and my cable, internet, and phone have gone out 4 times the last 2 months. From experience, cable has more outages than satellite does.

I had 3 different dish services and each one has been terrible. It may be different weather in H-Town, but it's been bad enough that I will never again go with a dish if I can avoid it.
