Looks like Fareway cut a check last night for $75k - That is great! Thanks to Fareway for the generous donation. I know they are one of a few corporate donors who have stepped up.

People want him in Ames, so you might have to get used to it. The staff orginally tried to get him here when they came. He is working on making his 5th national team.. He is one of the best lightweights in the country and most popular. Plus he has huge recruiting ties in Illinois.

Interesting. I know he’s anti-Iowa now, but I still never liked his style or antics on the mat. And as much as I dislike the Brands brothers, I thought Ramos came off as whiny when complaining about them bringing in Dan Dennis. Would’ve been a non-story if Ramos just beats him.

Ramos would be a great partner for our lower weights and I don't know if you've noticed or not but IL continues to produce a TON of talent every year, and they are deep at the lower weights. It would be great to have his name here for recruiting.
