So, I swung through the Craft Beer Tent Monday and Tuesday. Both days I had three 5 oz and one 16 oz. Of the 8 beers I felt 3 were really flat and one was fairly flat. Was it my bad luck or are they having pressure issues?

I have heard a lot of complaints about the craft beer tent this year. Also heard that whomever took over the 27 degree beer place has screwed the whole place up. Lot's of complaints and everyone saying there is no way it's 27 degrees anymore.
tried to go there sunday and they had no busch coors or modelo on draft
one positive is they paved the seating area. no more wood chip mud pit if it rained
Never been a fan of the craft beer tent. Not the tent or atmosphere or even the beer are a problem. I just can’t stand the ticketing system. I’m at The Fair, right? I want to walk around and look at ****, not be tied down. Especially to a location that is now tucked in a corner on the property.

Well…I haven’t been there this year, but the line for a ticket is usually long, so I always feel like I should buy more than one ticket. Then I feel like I can’t leave until the tickets are gone. Vicious cycle ensues.
I went through through 8 or 12 (I lost count and my memory) last Saturday, seemed to be great then.
I actually hate the location it’s at now. Bigger area for sure, but right on the strip was a perfect spot. Should have stayed.

Why not put it right next to the kiddie midway, in the farthest corner of the fairgrounds from the main parking lot entrance? - State Fair board, probably
(Didn’t stop the place from being absolutely mobbed Friday afternoon, at least from what I could see from the Skyglider - I had thought about stopping by until I saw the impossibility of getting to the counter to order)
I was at the craft beer tent last night after the free Fuel show, I felt it wasn't as good as past years. I was wondering too if it was just and off night. Glad I wasn't alone thinking it wasn't that good
Had a great time there Saturday night. Was pretty crowded before Jelly Roll concert but thinned out some. Beer was good- I didn’t see a difference from years past. Parked on west side of fairgrounds- came in the entrance right by tent- had a few beers in tent- took one for a walk- came back had a few more and went home. No issues.
As for the beer I had a couple of the state fair exclusives- Fair Fudge and Mini Donut Dunkel- I liked both of them- would be hard to drink multiple of these but fun to try once!
