Don't know if he is ready, but certainly think Reader could make an outstanding HC someday. If it's not for us, I assume it will be somewhere else soon. He is an outstanding young man.

Agree on all counts. He's a hire that I think a lot of us could get behind but you'd have to be nervous as to whether he's ready to coach and recruit at this level yet.

Looks to me like they are spit balling. I doubt there is much research into who are legit candidates. But then we may find out they knew more than we did after the coach is hired.

Tommy just tweeted to me that it's knowledge and what he has been hearing. So probably knows as much as we do

The Nick Mitchell talk that they have on the podcast is a crap shoot. Great coach, but he seems to have an unlimited recruiting budget that no other NAIA school probably has. Limit him to 9.9 scholarships in D1 and not sure how that will translate on the mat
