Couple Quick Questions

I had season tickets for years on the east side of the Jack Trice. When the sun shines in the fall as it does on the east side it is brutal to those looking into it. When the cold winds and snow comes out of he NORTH/WEST it is freezing and very distracting. I have advocated for years ( as far back as Earle Bruce) to move the ISU bench to the west side. It puts the opponents in the elements ( much like every other team in the Big 12) and gives ISU a home field advantage. PLUS the students are on the visitors side...LOTS of noise and ISU "good" natured abuse.
Earle? Nice to see someone here on this forum older than me. ;)
No worries there.

We made the sideline change the other year, where have you been to just now notice that? These teams are going through multiple Covid tests during the week right now so I am not going to nitpick at a brief encounters with masks down. Even the CDC says you have to have at least 15 minutes of direct contact with someone that has Covid so a quick exchange between 2 coaches that have been following strict protocols already does not concern me.

I missed the OU game by choice because I had one of my kids throw up after sleeping in a rocking chair with me for 2 hours before that so I doing the responsible thing and playing it safe. I attended this past Saturday and was very impressed how well we are doing with following the mitigation policies especially wearing masks. I was a little pissed 2 older gents sat down right behind us and heard one ask "what seats do we have?" and he other responded with seat numbers that were about 3 or 4 seats down. The 1 guys says "this is close enough." We eventually moved down a few seats once we knew no one else was going to sit there but lets use some common sense and not sit directly behind or in front of someone when there are plenty of open seats to the left or right of you.

You would have been perfectly within your rights to ask the gents who sat down right behind you to kindly find other seats since these were yours and those weren't theirs and you would like to be distanced from other fans as the AD required.

I agree, it just was easier to slide down the row a few seats and still had about 10 more seats between us and the next closest person in our row instead of possibly creating a situation by politely confronting them about it.
