Jason Candle coach himself out of a look? I haven't watched Toledo of late...is he still there?

He is still there, but hasn't done well the last couple of years. I saw his name in a "coaching hot seat" video. I don't think he's an option

Personal opinion...one more year of a QB isn't worth hiring a HC who is his dad...would AB get an interview if he wasn't Rocco's father? If not...not worth considering.

Long term I don’t think Mouser would be good. Wouldn’t surprise me if he joins Campbell at PSU.

As was pointed out in the other thread - both of them just signed extensions. That doesn't mean they aren't options, but it will be more difficult

Jamie will want someone with a head coaching track record. He's been down the assistant route. And in this era with all the attrition that goes with a coaching change, the ability to have players and staff follow you is important.

Entz or the current North Dakota St. Coach Polasek better? Wasn't Entz about to be forced out at the end of his tenure there before he left to take the LB Coach gig at USC?

I mean, aside from him being Rocco's dad, he has had pretty good success coaching in STL. He was in the running to be WVU's next coach.
