Correct me if I'm wrong, but his defenses aren't bend but don't break, which will be a culture shock for us when watching games.
Strong, straightforward run game on offense. Play action game.
Defense built on being physical and sound but will run some exotic stuff at times.

He spent the beginning of his intro at WSU talking about loyalty. But honestly, all coaches do that so I don’t blame him.

Lots of questions, he seems to be working through them well. Jumped in where he was answering the question about Stiglmeyer, you could tell connections mean a lot to him.

Sounds important to him to have control over his staff, and Jamie letting Campbell pick his staff was a big draw. Campbell definitely proved that developing a staff out of personal connections and mutual respect can work astoundingly well vs chasing the hot/splash hires where maybe they aren't always on the same page.
Has he been reading this thread??
