Paniro loses to a top 10 guy and everyone kills him. Frost gives up 3 tds to a guy outside the top 20 and no one seems to care.
Frost had a good NCAA tournament, but outside of that wins and loses matches just like Paniro. I don’t have a dog in this fight, but the Paniro slander is too much.
The way it happens, matters.
How many times do you see Jacob Frost hand fight for 7 minutes, from a knee, just to lose in SV1 or TB?
Yes a loss is a loss but fans are going to at least respect guys a bit more that lay it all out there and I think that is fair.
Riggins keeps grinding and getting better. Love the guy for that. Hope he may keeps winning and they can’t take the weight from him.
Totally agree but that was a bad loss from Jacob. I love him and for now he’s earned the spot. Nice to have a very good plan B though

I will say, how many bad losses did he take last year? Feels like hardly any.
Christian Carroll was the #1 pound-for-pound recruit of the 2023 class that we got as a transfer last year. Had him cut to 197 and he struggled before transferring out in the first half of the season to Wyoming.
And to be fair he’s also adjusting to a new weight. Lotta season left, not gonna kill anyone off this one tournament
That's my deal. I've got nothing against PJ. Seems like a good kid who represents us well and got completely screwed over in the gambling thing. But it drives me nuts watching him take one shot and try to make it last. There may not be a huge difference in results but I can at least enjoy watching Frost wrestle.
Transferred to ISU from OSU and it didn't work out. Sounds like there's a lot more to it than that from what I've read, but I don't know enough to speak on it.
