Okie State is doing everything they can to hand Texas the game. Wish the would have turned over the ball 4 times last week and allowed a kick return TD to us. Again, Texas is making some big plays for sure, but Okie State just looks a little disheveled right now.
How much do you think he gets for doing the Limu Emu commercials?
They've had to keep Texas down in spite of their own offense turning the ball over 4 times.
That's the real statement of the game -- OKST is -4 in TO margin and still winning.
It's like playing with house money with this Texas/Oklahoma State game. I want Okie State to win and run the table to hand everyone a loss since they beat us, BUT them losing to tie us up with KSU atop the conference is also not horrible either. Likely going to come down a 3-way tiebreaker for at least one of the two spots in the title game anyway. We are back on track as is with the KSU loss helping us out today. Win out and we are in, so just do that.
Like I said in my post and others have said this is absolutely the best thing to happen for us to get into the title game, but it's also not awful if the Cowboys lose. They still have OU as well, and we know that is their kryptonite, so it would be 2 losses there. Could be a giant tie at the end of this thing. OSU winning to knock Texas out would be nice though.
I'm not sure how to read that, Texas has 275 yards and ehlinger is 16/31 for 151 yards and Texas is 1/13 on 3rd down.
