You could hear my eyes roll when he said that. You heard everything from Oklahoma State, Texas, and now OU having the best defense but no way should ISU be considered.. Right..
Eh I appreciate the fact they stepped up last minute to challenge themselves. Could have taken the easy route and won their last game to finish unbeaten and then whine all offseason. They took a challenge on the road and lost because they wanted to truly and prove they should be considered for a top-10 ranking and NY6 bowl. I respect that.
They were reading their press clippings. The 'any team, anytime, anywhere' mantra was a little pompous, BYU style. IMHO.

Devonta Smith is the best college WR I have seen in a long time. Excellent route runner and catches everything. He'll be a top 7 draft pick.
Well, they hadn't played Iowa State or Oklahoma at that point either. Gave up 42 today...what about next week?
OU has this game wrapped up, but Spencer Rattler took a beating today. Gonna be sore.
Our D is the best with the eye test.
Just looked at the stats and unless WVU holds Oklahoma to under 8 points it's going to be the best scoring defense too.
Only thing kind of bad today was that OU clinched their spot. Was hoping they would of had to win next week to get in. Now they can rest anybody that is banged up against West Virginia.
