Wow! Horrible pass interference call. As I have said based on bad calls against us, refs need to call only what they clearly actually see. No way that ref actually saw pass interference. Talk about game changing! Just a total theft of a win.

That might have been the worst PI flag I have ever seen, and as an ISU fan of approaching 25 years I've seen many bad PI flags.
