Only a couple weeks until the guys get back on the court. Will be nice to watch basketball again (and argue about whether you can actually judge talent based on summer league performance) instead of HoibergWatch, NewCoachWatch, etc.

If you got to pick, which Cyclone goes #1?

Niang has to go #1 right? I'd be tempted to go with Burton though, assuming he's playing. I have a feeling he's going to rip a rim off at some point during the CCL.

should be interesting with how drake has pretty tall players if isu guards get drafted earlier than normal because of that. More than anything just nice to not have to think about the coaching search :)

What's the story with Monte and the National Team thingamabob? Will he be there much?

Also, if Bubu is in town he's #1 with a bullet.

Thank goodness a non-coaching thread.

I'm gonna say Niang gets the #1 overall pick, then the rest of the ISU guys go with a few outliers thrown in there (Drake guys maybe).

As far as order of ISU players picked: Niang, Morris (depending on how much he'll be here), McKay, Burton, Thomas.

Hopeful for the following guest appearances:

Melvin Ejim

Freddy H doing the #swagberg
The west cyde wings WE LOVE THE CYCLONES dude (so i can punch him in the face)
Horny's Daughter

We saw the game where Craig Brackins returned & played against Royce White. VERY different style under the basket (IMO)...but fun to watch!

I'll probably make highlight videos again for you guys.
Thank you in advance in case we forget to say it enough. You're videos were great. Now, if you can include "colorful commentary" like some of the trash talking you can hear, that would probably earn you some write in votes for "poster of the year". Just kidding, but we do appreciate the videos.
