Pretty much.Between Ben and the Corieri family - they must own most of the bars/buildings in Ames overall.
Plus Tip Top, the old Dangerous Curves/Tradewinds, few places on north side of Main Street . Unless Corieri’s sold them since my days.Pretty much.

I assume one of the top two owners buys the fire station when the city sells it
