Well - did not take long for the big dogs to start waving their bags of cash around. After talking with his family...etc ( insert bagman here) he has decided to decommit from Iowa State. Just after getting an offer from ..."Miami" - one of the shadiest schools in the country. Wonder if his dad has a ministry that is in need of cash and miraculously is solvent after son signs with Miami? Keep an eye on this developing story as there is more here than rushing your commitment - sad to say. Call me a cynic or whatever - seen this too many times.

Had to create a new thread in addition to the ones already going? This is a terrible post. He made a quick decision as 17 year-olds will tend to. He has clearly stated he still plans to visit and I think there's reason to believe he could recommit. He was very upfront about it and let us know right away.

We are a low-level program located more than 1,000 miles away and he has other great options. So Miami has to pay him to get him? It is Miami, a very solid program with tons of tradition located in South Beach. There are all kinds of reasons he would consider other places than Iowa State. But to throw this kind of post out there, particularly when he is still considering us, is BS.

Arthur Brown went to Miami and then transferred to K-State. And it was bag man money that lured him to Miami. He gave testimony to the NCAA. That school is notorious for crooked dealings.

Remember who Miami's new coach is? People kept talking about a Georgia offer forgetting that UGA has a new coaching staff, the staff we should have been was the old Georgia staff (current Miami staff). He was always all over their radar, that was the offer that was most imminent. That offer shouldn't be any kid of a surprise.
