*** BYU Pregame Thread ***

I wish I WAS coming to Ames! Have you ever noticed how work has a bad habit of interfering with a LOT of things you'd rather do?

I am hoping to come there this winter though. I want to come to Hilton Coliseum and see some Otzball in person. You guys are so lucky to have Coach Otzelberger as your coach! He's as good as they come! I won't be coming to see BYU play because I want to cheer for ISU when I'm there.

How hard is it to get tickets to an ISU game at Hilton? Would I need to scalp them?

We give visiting fans ice cream these days. Trust me, BYU Creamery ice cream is GOOD STUFF. Might not be so welcome in November, though...
It can be tough for an outsider if your team has any sort of brand or pulse, which BYU does. If you get them early enough you should be good tho. The insurance policy there is that they'll be easy to resell if you decide you can't come later on

I don't even know if scalping is even much of a thing here, is it? Maybe somebody else knows.

All I know is I barely survive the journey from lot A, so I can't imagine stopping and buying tickets, let alone standing outside to scalp lol

With the injury report out, let me present the following stats:

ISU Rushing Defense: #64
BYU Rushing Offense: #10

ISU Red Zone Defense: #100
BYU Red Zone Offense: #31

Sacks Allowed: BYU #15 averaging only 1 sack allowed per game.

S & C is a puzzling one since we usually look more physical/tougher later in the game against our opponents. Not sure you can chalk injuries up to that or not? Definitely not for like a dislocated shoulder or sprain d ankle I would think.

We all know injuries are part of the game but this is the second or third time our report has been multiples longer than our opponent. Maybe it is time to starting wondering about the S&C approach? Especially considering last year.
Yeah can we hire a decent S&C staff that just doesnt let players get injured?

Give me a ******* break man...

Look at who they've played...............

It gives my grandaughter an income. She says all employees don't like her boss. I think she buses tables, she hates talking about her work, so we don't ask. Anyone want to hire an Ames High junior for high school type part time work? The place is to Ames as Wall Drug is to South Dakota.
Meh. The ice water at HP is actually cold and actually has ice in it.
