how is your tourn over ratio being +.6 =better then luscious?
I don't think you understand ratios. Divide the number of assists by the number of turnovers. The player with the bigger number wins.

guess I don't really understand. but luscious played a ton better when conference play rolled around. beginning of the season selfish and probably turned it over a lot more then he should have.I don't think you understand ratios. Lol okay, the expected starting pg this season can't play his way on the court. Keep telling yourself that. If he doesn't see the court, that will be because Fred doesn't want him to for whatever reason that may be.
Maybe he is a good defender I don't know I didn't notice it much last season but Morris is pretty darn good on D too. I just feel like he's our 3rd-best point guard (behind Kane and Morris) and our 3rd or 4th-best "2" guard (behind Long and Thomas, maybe even SDW) so I guess I just don't know what he brings to the table that we don't already have.
but having a senior guard on the floor would be beneficial.
Why the hell does that matter? Bubu is the third best PG on this team right now. Nobody can deny that. It's not that ******* hard to understand.
That is exactly the problem. You didn't didn't notice it, so you're not paying attention. (sorry nothing personal) He and Babb were our best defenders. Just ask Fred, people aren't making it up or making bad irrational observations, the coach said it himself. I'm just noting Bubu's D and abilities, not comparing him to anybody. If Bubu had had been allowed to play earlier this year he would certainly have made a valuable contribution.

Earlier in the season I agree, it would've been nice to have an experienced senior guard out there. But overall I think it's been a blessing (for the future of the team, obviously not Bubu because he got screwed in this entire situation).
Morris has been able to grow faster because he was thrown into the fire a little bit, and now he'll be ready to go for the coming years. And now after seeing Morris out there not turning the ball over (4:1 assist to turnover ratio) and play solid defense, I don't know how Bubu could possibly be an upgrade. Strictly based on what I saw of him the last few seasons.
How do you prove that? Have you seen Bubu play with this configuration of teammates? The only ones who have seen ALL of these guys play together are CFH & his assistants. I trust their judgement. In the meantime, I'm not going to make assumptions about an unknown quantity.
Get off the idea that Bubu would have to play point guard.
Is that not what he's played since he's been here?

It's not unknown. He's not better than a Wooden candidate or a PG who has an A:TO ration of 5:1. You can make a case that'd he'd be more useful than Naz right now and give him those 8 minutes but not the other two.
I agree, he's not an upgrade, just legitimate additional depth. I'm ecstatic about Morris. Bubu is fast good pg. He would take more minutes from Naz or Thomas not Morris.
how about we wait until they let him into a game before we decided who's playing time he should eat up.. if anybody's at all
