I have no issues with guys getting Head Coaching positions, Ill trust TJ to build his staff again....these guys aren't bailing for lateral moves...looks good when guys are moving up.

While it sucks it’s also a positivite sign that TJ has built a strong program. You want your assistant coaches to get opportunities because it means you have sustained success

I thought Jefferson's injury was caused by playing too many minutes against Grambling in the noncon!

TJ's been here 5 years and already has a coaching tree. While losing Kyle hurts, these assistant jobs will be highly coveted. TJ is well respected in the MBB world and there will certainly be well qualified candidates.

Awesome! Happy for Green. Of course he will be missed but losing coaches like Blount and Green is a testament to TJ. I have no doubt he will bring him some fantastic replacements. Best of luck to Green and Blount.
