Johnny also slammed a ball, like right after the first half expired. So let's count out the calls that should have been intentional/flagrant/T's.
-at least 3 times swinging elbows in a crowd.
-jumping/shoving Conditt on a somehow moving screen.
-holding the ball and complaining to the refs, slamming the ball.
-I didn't catch the strike at Kunz.
I've watched his career and he's always been sneaky but I think ISU really got in his head and we saw the true brat come out. If I'm a WI fan I'm embarrassed and questioning a coach leaving him in.
Eh i doubt it. Seems like he is actively trying to hurt peopleim sure hes a fine kid
but he's a little bi*ch on the court.
After watching him in their first round game, I felt like we'd really get in his head if we played our brand of defense on him, and we definitely did.To be honest, Johnny Davis was pretty whiny but the rest of the team (obviously not Davison) mostly behaved themselves. Davison's been doing that stuff since before college. It's an integral part of who he is as a person.
Grills basket before half, they were literally grabbing him and his jersey. There was another time where I think bon got pulled away from the rebound and as the badger got it, was pushed into him for a foulSo let's count out the calls that should have been intentional/flagrant/T's.

I love that Jazz got Davison back with his own game by flopping while setting a screen. Poetic justice.
I don't know that I've ever seen someone two-hand shove an opponent to get around screens. There's no way that should be allowed in the game, and worse yet, he got the fouls called on us. Beyond the flopping, he's just a dirty player. Such a shame we had to end his collegiate career.
Hilarious if real.
There's different ways to be a bad human being on the court.
You can whine to the refs. (all the McCafes)
You can flop and do fake crap to draw artificial fouls. (Marcus Smart, Jaz)
And you can just be a cheap shot dirty player trying to hurt other guys. (Woodbury, Davison)
I think the first two, while annoying, are kinda part of the game, gamesmanship if you want to call it that. It's garbage, and the refs need to see through it and shut it down. These are the players you love to hate, and fine whatever.
But hitting guys, running thru guys, tripping, hip checking, cheap shots. That's not OK, guys can get hurt. Makes you wish you had a hockey enforcer type to deal with those guys.
I was really surprised Davis got so frustrated. I had watched a few of their games earlier in the year and he seemed very cerebral, not very emotional at all. Kind of like Keegan Murray almost. Not yesterday. He hated the physicality and we were totally in his head. That's how some programs are teaching defending screens. If you run into the screener hard enough, they will get the moving screen call. He failed on his first attempt, so he tried again, and it worked. It's horrible officiating.
I've watched him a lot, and he's definitely one of the dirtiest players I've ever seen. But I'd never seen him jaw at the refs as much as he did yesterday. He's a petulant punk, and it's hilarious that he doesn't see the irony in complaining about calls.
I'd also never seen Davis act like that. They could not handle Big 12 defense.

Brad Davison Is the Dirtiest Player in College Basketball
Wisconsin's Brad Davison is the dirtiest player in college basketball and needs to be punished for it.www.thebiglead.com
Wisconsin didn’t really have any options after Hepburn went down. Davison moved to the PG and the whining really turned up.So let's count out the calls that should have been intentional/flagrant/T's.

His dad in the crowd was a mirrored image of his son’ emotions on the court.I was really surprised Davis got so frustrated. Davis is a talent. No question. He also forces shots. Surprised he didn’t get his bigs more involved.
Worst part about Davidson is him in the post game press conference talking about how he hopes he’s remembered as a good person, his family, friends, god, etc like he’s some Boy Scout. That’s some sociopathic $hit right there.
So true but I love Jaz for it.Jaz being Jaz, he threw his head back about 5x the actual impact delivered lol.
Agreed. The answer to “What Would Jesus Do?” If he played basketball would not be punch guys in the nuts and intentionally try to injure peopleI think he's quite the bible verse type on social media.
Just a faker all the way through.
he absolutely reeks of entitlement/doing the lords will to justify his antics. he can EABOD.I think he's quite the bible verse type on social media.
