Help: Big Time Thumbnail Icon Issue

I understand this is probably a phone issue, but anything would help. I have an android powered Droid Turbo.

There are icons for each bookmark in my list of bookmarks, but for some reason today the icon for Cyclone Fanatic Basketball page is a Hawkeye Nation icon. No other icons are changed, and I think it happened somehow because I clicked on a Hawk Nation link in a Fanatic thread. I've been to Hawk Nation previously and had no issues till today.

Here's what I've done so far:
- Restarted phone
- Force stopped chrome
- Deleted cookies & history
- Deleted the bookmark, then recreated it
- copied URL from basketball page and edited the off topic bookmark to go to basketball page, and it automatically changed that icon too. When I changed off topic back, it went back to the CF icon.

This isn't a huge deal, but it's super annoying to look at, and I got a bad feeling it's gunna turn into a bad omen.

Have you tried burning the phone?

This is the kind of stuff I'm regularly dealing with when viewing with Safari on my iPhone:

Yeah, I know, I could use the mobile app or mobile site, but why should I? I like the interaction on the regular site.

See the same stuff on my iPad all the time. Last night the ad icons blocked all the threads. I'd use the mobile app but it is so slow to open and use that it's painful.

What exactly am I supposed to do with THIS? (other than killing the page, then killing and restarting the app like I did)?

(btw, iPhone 6 with Safari browser)
