If you're not named Clemson and FSU maybe this helps you think it's better to grab a seat 1st, like NOW now. A little artificial or potentially real constraint. Worth a shot.
You have to start thinking how many seats are left with whom? And where do we stack up in the pecking order after the dust settles? It would be dereliction of duty not to for so many schools over there. It kind of makes me feel uneasy just to think about the boat so many decent schools are in here. It's not just two plucky ag schools in the corner of the map this time like Wazzou and OSU.
UNC and UVA have long been assumed a big 10 shoe-ins but one if not both have to think are we both in that category for sure, or is it just one? You also have Duke, Miami, VaTech, NCSt, Syracuse, Pitt that can't just afford to be 100% passive and play this patiently regardless of which math you chose, unless we're talking Super Conference which has always made no sense because that means the Big Ten and SEC are suddenly in the business of charity lol. That would be naive complacency that would make the old PAC12 blush.
