Barstools ISU is losing it!

Put UC and the entire B1G on blast but railing on Coastal is kinda suckerish regardless of what they might say.

Jeezus cripes guys, it's twitter. The entire site is pretty much a flaming troll job of people looking for hot takes that get clicks (just like 95% of the internet and social media). Its just a giant hyperbole spiral. Loosen up, have some fun, or take a break if it bothers you.

Barstool college affiliates are garbage. They're only good for instagram videos of drunk students doing stupid stuff.
 
I guess the other thing I'd say specifically about this situation is bashing Coastal kind if feels like punching down which is a **** move.

That being said, they were being largely supported by the media/talking heads and those guys certainly deserve to get their balls busted. We should have gotten some Cinderella love this year and instead we got pushed from "bad program" to "undeserving of rewards" in a single year. That pissed me off. Same with Indiana - why was this an incredible year for them, but our success is viewed as an indictment of our conference? So, go ahead and tweet at ESPN, Rece Davis and Kirk Herbstreit, et al but ignore the beach chickens.

Barstool Sports is garbage in general. Muted them a while ago on Twitter and don't miss seeing it retweeted/liked into my feed.

Good post, I have to give credit.
I am still fascinated by Kirk Fake-Cryn' Herbstreit the week of Big12 championship.....on one day he smarmily mentions us a feel good story in a effort to deflect his OSU pandering (which he immediately slipped into, btw)...and then the morning of the Big12Champ game during gameday, all the dudes were rolling out their OU pick..and the dude to his right gets about half a sentence into his scripted feel-good sentence about Cyclone football, and Kirk interupts and says "Then pick them" or "are you going to pick them" or some such. Which Pollack promptly did not and they all went OU....(for good reason with our first half performance). Embarrassing really.....worth the youtube look.
Paraphrasing Sally Field: They hate us...they really, really hate us.
Why do they hate us? Did they all bet on us once in past when we were a feel good story...and lose big? Liberty Bowl2012? Did Kirk pick us as final four that year we started against UAB in the basketball tourney office pool? I have other theories.
Roll Clemson or whatever.....Destroy OSU semi-pro football incorporated.
Run Brock! watch the Cure Bowl and that Liberty Quarterback.....he did it right when the taking is there, take it with the legs...gotta beat Oregon or it is just more media dis'.
 
All barstools behave this way, kind of the point. Some of them are funny, some are just stupid. Barstool is pretty cool though, great concept. Love David Portnoy.
